The management & maintenance of your property
Throughout the year, we will carry out a regular inspection of your property in order to avoid any deterioration, which could lead to greater costs.
According to your wishes we supervise any small repair works that need doing, look after secondary housing and outbuildings, ensure gardens and green spaces are maintained, ensure the maintenance and the security of your swimming pool and prepare for your stay.
Living far away from our region can generate worry over some administrative problems which we can take care of easily.
At any time, we can welcome you, and your guests at any airport, any train station, reserve tickets and adapt your stay according to your wishes, organise a birthday, a party or simply create a special event for one of your loved ones.
If you are interested in renting your house, we can also take care of the check-in, check-out of your guests and the concierge follow-up with the same care and the same attentions.Rental management rates are established on request and are subject to a separate contract, depending on the services offered: concierge services, check-in, check-out, etc.

It is for these reasons that we do not publish a list of all our services. At the heart of our conciergerie, the answer will always be “yes” to your demands and we will be ready to make your stay unique and unforgettable.
A precise and negotiated bill
As we have previously said in our welcome page, our aim is to personalise our services according to your wishes but also to the specific needs of your home.
During our first meeting or contact, we will agree our regular services which will allow us to calculate a monthly rate from the start.
If any other services are necessary, they will be communicated to you by mail or telephone depending to the emergency. All these interventions – fixed and occasional – will be part of a detailed monthly summary of your account.
No expenditure will be incurred without your prior permission.
